Lt. Col. John Sloan, an F-16 pilot, congratulates 1st Lt. Dhya Mualel Chabeb for successfully completing the Iraqi Fires Observer course. During the course, Chabeb and his fellow Iraqi army officers learned how to integrate the Iraqi air force into army operations. Chabeb is an intelligence officer assigned to the 10th Iraqi Arm Division’s intelligence battalion.
