U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Eric T. Deitrick of Joint Sustainment Command – Afghanistan reads along as Chaplain (Lt. Col.) Edward R. Coutta discusses Romans 7 with the group during a weekly Bible study at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan, Jan. 12. The weekly Bible study provides service members with the opportunity to discuss various Bible verses and engage in conversation about faith-based issues being faced in the combat zone. JSC-A is comprised of the 184th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, a Mississippi Army National Guard unit, that has been deployed to Afghanistan since October.
