Soldiers salute the flag, Jan. 5, while the national anthem is played during a change of command ceremony at Camp Victory, Iraq. Joint Task Force 5th Battalion, 5th Air Defense Artillery Counter Rocket, Artillery and Mortar, United States Forces – Iraq turned over responsibility of the C-RAM mission at Camp Victory to Joint Task Force 1-174th C-RAM, commanded by Lt. Col. Greg Gustafan. Soldiers for JTF 1-174 will now oversee the C-RAM mission at bases throughout United States Division – Center and the rest of Iraq.
