Marines ring in new year with 5K run in Afghanistan

In the spirit of New Year’s Eve, a Marine makes some noise with a horn as he participates in the 5 kilometer fun run aboard Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan, Jan. 1. Approximately 750 service members and civilians gathered together at midnight to start the race and celebrate the New Year.
