Cody Boettcher (right), an engineer with 228th Engineer Company, 1st Battalion, 63rd Armor Regiment, 2nd AAB, 1st Inf. Div., and a Reedsville, Wis., native, during a ceremony at Camp Liberty, Iraq. Boettcher received his wounds while he was in a vehicle gunner’s turret when an explosively-formed projectile impacted nearby.
