Tracie Slempa, broadcaster with the 109th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment, 103rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), and a Pittston, Pa., native, gets a chance to meet former Washington Redskin LaVar Arrington at the Tail gate for the Tostitos "Connect to Home" Bowl at Joint Base Balad, Iraq, Dec. 21. The game, held later that day, was held by the United Services Organization in conjunction with the Tostitos Bowl in the U.S., and allowed service members to meet former National Football League players.
