Marines from the Single Marine Program from Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune make their way through a busy crowd of service members and families during a wreath laying ceremony at the Arlington National Cemetery, Dec. 11. The thousands of participants in attendance helped lay approximately 24,000 wreaths this year, ensuring that those who gave the ultimate sacrifice fighting for the nation’s freedoms are not forgotten during the holidays.
