Blanquivet Cuz, food service specialist, Headquarters Battalion, prepares a cut of chicken for judges during the 2010 Hawaii Culinary Exposition Student Competition and Salon held in Honolulu Dec. 10. Cuz, a former Marine Corps Base Hawaii Chef of the Quarter winner, won a gold medal from the American Culinary Federation.
