Brig. Gen. Ricky Gibbs, United States Division-South deputy commanding general for maneuver, reenlists Spc. Jessica Jernigan, Gibbs' administrative assistant and a Hampton, Va., native, aboard a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter in flight above southern Iraq, Dec. 1. Jernigan, who has already served for three years, reenlisted for five more years and 12 months of stabilization at Fort Riley, Kan., upon redeployment.
