Spc. Roxanne Pratt, driver with 3rd Platoon, 202th Military Police Company, assigned to 1st Battalion, 22nd Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division receives a tatoo from a local national at an Afghan National Police checkpoint, Nov. 18. He gave Pratt a tatoo in return for the one she gave him.
