On the behalf of Adm. David Dorsett deputy chief of Naval operations for information dominance, Capt. Keith Moran, officer in charge of Naval Forces Central Command, pins Rear Adm. David Simpson, deputy chief of staff, communications and information systems, United States Forces-Iraq, with the Information Dominance Corps Warfare insignia during a ceremony held in the Al Faw Palace rotunda, Oct. 29. The insignia recognizes the service members and symbolizes that the work they perform a crucial part of the Navy's information mission.
