    Lt. Bill Stevens of the City of Duluth Police Department, Ga., invites Maj. Gen. Paul E. Lefebvre, U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Special Operations Command commander, to ring a ceremonial bell three times signaling the successful completion of the fourth annual City of Duluth Police Department, Operation One Voice Honor Ride during the rides closing ceremony aboard Stone Bay, Camp Lejeune, N.C., Sept. 10. MARSOC Marines, along with riders from various other public service and military commands, are participating in the Honor Ride, which covered a distance of 465 miles over the course of three days.
