A Philippine marine works alongside U.S. Marine Sgt. Levi Grear, 3d Marine Expeditionary Brigade, to hang a poster prior to the dedication ceremony held at Anastacio N.F. Dinglas Elementary School which signifies the end of construction for two additional classrooms during PHIBLEX 2011 in Barangay San Jose, Ternate, Cavite province, Republic of the Philippines, Oct 20. PHIBLEX 2011 is a bilateral training exercise that increases both the U.S. and Philippine armed forces' ability to respond quickly and work together effectively to provide relief and assistance in the event of natural disasters and other crises that threaten public safety and health.
