An Afghan girl uses a school book to shade her eyes from the sun as she waits for a ground breaking ceremony to begin at the Aliabad School in Mazar-e-Sharif located in Northern Afghanistan. Afghan National Security Forces and the International Security Assistance Force are working together as partners to help the school with the construction of two new 10 classroom buildings.
