U.S. Navy Vice Admiral Mike LeFever, commander of the Office of the Defense Representative Pakistan, speaks to members of the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit in a hangar, Sept. 25, at Pano Aqil Air Base, Pakistan. LeFever made his first visit to the base to personally observe and thank service members conducting flood relief operations in the Sindh province. Since relief operations began, U.S military aircraft have transported more than 11 million pounds of flood relief supplies.
