Col. Allan E. Fey listens to the helicopter safety brief prior to conducting Airborne operations of St. Mere Eglise drop zone at Fort Bragg, N.C. on Sept. 10. Fey will be joining more then a 100 other paratroopers exiting from a UH-60 Blackhawk to maintain their Airborne proficiency. Fey is the interim Chief of Staff for the United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne).
