Fenton Moore (center in official's jersey), of Columbus, Ohio, 16th Engineer Brigade supply and purchasing officer and football officiating course instructor, Spc. Joshua Slaughter (center in black), 16th Eng. Bde. administrative assistant also from Columbus, Ohio, watches for illegal activity or movement on the line of scrimmage during a flag football game played Sept. 22 at the Victory Base Complex. Slaughter was one of six 16th Eng. Bde. Soldiers who participated in an Ohio High School Athletic Association Football Officiating Course from July to September.
