Petraeus Explains Afghanistan Strategy

U.S. Navy Adm. Mike Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and U.S. Army Gen. David Petraeus, commander, International Security Assistance Force depart ISAF headquarters in Kabul, Afghanistan on Sept. 3. Mullen made a short stop in the Afghan capital addressing Combined Joint Interagency Task Force 435 and receiving an operational update from Petraeus during his visit.
