Members of the North Dakota Patriot Guard and Vietnam Vets/Legacy Vets Motorcycle club were present to honor Master Sgt. Douglas Balliet at his retirement ceremony at the North Dakota National Guard's Army Aviation Support Facility in Bismarck, Aug. 30. Balliet, a Vietnam veteran, retired today after 40 years of service with the U.S. Army and North Dakota National Guard.
