Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 11 build forms for a concrete pad during an engineering civic action program at Nu Laran School in Dili, Timor-Leste. Seabees and engineers from Australia and Timor-Leste are working together as part of the Pacific Partnership 2010, renovating buildings at the school. Pacific Partnership is the fifth in a series of annual U.S. Pacific Fleet humanitarian and civic assistance endeavors to strengthen regional partnerships.
