Robert Montgomery, Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence senior advisor for Acquisition Management, gives welcoming remarks to Empire Challenge 10 distinguished visitors. The visitors later toured several of the EC10 multinational intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance sites showcasing emerging capabilities. The EC10 demonstration runs from July 26 - Aug. 13, with approximately 2,000 participants from the Joint Staff, combat support agencies, services, multinational partners, academia and industry.
