BAGHDAD – Chief Warrant Officer 3 Otha Wayne Hester, 4th Infantry Division bandmaster, conducts a joint brass and woodwind ensemble consisting of members of the 4th Inf. Div. Band, from Fort Hood, Texas, and the V Corps band, from Mannheim, Germany, at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad Sep. 9. Hester, a Hillsborough, N.C. native, conducted W.A. Mozart's seven-movement "Serenade in B-Flat: Gran Partita."
