Post Pregnancy Pt Class

Senior Airman Fiatagata Ulukivaiola, 1st Special Operations Force Support Squadron, does high knee step aerobics during Post Pregnancy PT at the Commando Fitness Center, Hurlburt Field, Fla., July 21. The class, sponsored by the Health and Wellness Center, is intended to help active duty women recondition themselves and prevent injury by training members how to increase and maintain their fitness level properly after maternity leave.
