Cadre Team Leader John Craig instructs cadets with the Wyoming National Guard’s Youth ChalleNGe Program on basic courtesies and expectations, July 11, at the program’s campus, on the Camp Guernsey Joint Training Center cantonment area. Cadets received the briefing before storing their supplies in their lockers. The program, a joint venture between the state of Wyoming and the National Guard, provides high school dropouts with a chance to earn their GED, while learning life skills and job skills. Approximately 98-percent of Wyoming Youth ChalleNGe graduates earn their GED.
