A delegation representing America's allies from south of the 38th parallel visited Army Support Activity-Dix, N.J., July 15. Republic of Korea Vice Minister, Ministry of National Defense, Chang, Soo Man, front and right, and Republic of Korea Director of Mobilization Planning Bureau, Maj. Gen. Kwon, Tae Oh, rear, receive a breifing from ASA-Dix commander Col. Patrick Slowey during a stop at the Joint Readiness Center.
