Symbolizing the end of his service as the senior enlisted advisor for the All-American Division, Command Sgt. Maj. Thomas Capel, the outgoing 82nd Airborne Division command sergeant major, passes the division guidon to Maj. Gen. Curtis Scaparrotti, the division’s commanding general, during a Transfer of Responsibility ceremony at Fort Bragg, N.C., July 15. Scaparrotti then handed the guidon to Command Sgt. Maj. Bryant Lambert, the new senior enlisted advisor for the 82nd Abn. Div.
