Ribs are passed out to the panel of judges during a cook off held on the patio of the Joint Visitor?s Bureau at Camp Victory in Iraq. Louisiana?s 2nd Battalion, 156th Infantry Regiment, headquartered in Abbeville, La., held the cook off in observance of Memorial Day. Mobilized and deployed as part of the 256th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 2-156th is currently on a Baghdad installation conducting various missions including force protection and is expected to return home around the end of the year.
