Vice Adm. Harry B. Harris Jr., commander of the U.S. 6th Fleet, addresses a crowd of more than 5,000 people during the Memorial Day ceremony at the Netherlands American Cemetery and Memorial in Margraten, Netherlands, May 30. Harris is one of several dignitaries from the Netherlands and the United States invited to participate in the ceremony to honor the American soldiers who died in battles such as Arnhem and Operation Market Garden during World War II.
