New Orleans native, Capt. Josh Ziegler and Sgt. Michael Kuehne of Spartanburg, S.C., the chaplain and chaplain assistant for 2nd Battalion, 32nd Field Artillery Regiment, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division out of Fort Riley, Kan., built Joe's, which is a small recreation center that was built in the living area of the Soldiers to help boost morale and provide a place for them to call their own.
