U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Nicholas Sheffield, a Dallas native, and U.S. Army Sgt. Randy Robertson, a Charleston, S.C., native, keep a watchful eye from the back of a CH-47 Chinook while transporting Afghan National Army commandos and International Security Assistance Forces to the ANA 203rd "Thunder" Corps base in Afghanistan's Khost province, April 28. Both Sheffield and Robertson are crew chiefs assigned to Company B, 5th Battalion, 158th Aviation Regiment, Task Force Falcon.
