Maj. Gen. Simeon Trombitas, commanding general, JTF-Haiti, awards eight Soldiers from Alpha Company and Charlie Company, 2-325th Airborne Infantry Regiment, deployed from Fort Bragg, N.C., before they redeploy home on May 1. Trombitas said good bye to the Soldiers and thanked them for their hard work in assisting with Operation Unified Response. Trombitas told the Soldiers that when Haitians looks back on this time, they will remember the Soldiers' faces that handed out water and food and offered assistance during a national disaster.
