Maj. Gen. Simeon Trombitas, commanding general, JTF-Haiti, watches as several Haitians work together to dig a trench as part of the preparation for the rainy season. Trombitas toured the internally displaced persons camp, Camp de Boulos, to see the living conditions. Trombitas is actively involved in checking on internally displaced persons camps and making sure improvements are being made in time for the heavy rains.
