"Be an NCO, not a stripe wearer," says Command Sgt. Maj. Wayne L. Durham, command sergeant major of the 37th Engineer Battalion. Durham was the distinguished guest speaker at a Non-commissioned Officer Induction Ceremony at Contingency Operating Base Speicher, Iraq, April 16. Twenty-six newly-promoted sergeants were inducted into the Corps of NCOs.
