A couple of local Iraqi men speak to U.S. Soldiers attached to the 17th Fires Brigade Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Operations/ Hazardous Material team, about the Hamden Scrap Metal Yard in Basra, Iraq, March 23. The scrap metal and war damaged military equipment will be removed due to health and safety concerns for the locals.
