Nassau hosted senior leaders of the 13th Demi Brigade before training exercises with the French Foreign Legion. Nassau is the command platform for the Nassau Amphibious Ready Group supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation operations in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
