Harkening back to their childhoods the Naval Station Norfolk team rounds the third set of cones at the Tricycle Race event during the Chief Petty Officer Goatlocker Challenge on Naval Station Norfolk, Va., March 31. The Goatlocker Challenge is a mix of 22 scored physical and trivia events in which teams of chiefs from commands in the Hampton Roads area. Chief Petty Officer Messes compete to see which will take home the golden anchor trophy. This year Afloat Training Group "Gold Team" took the number one spot.
