Firefighters and paramedics with the Air Station Structural Fire and Emergency Services Department implement protective level A suits during their hazardous material training, as well as other types of equipment, March 15. The level A suit is the most protective of the suits listed alphabeticaly, A through D, with D being the least protective. Firefighters and paramedics utilize spectrometers, which detect hazardous material as well as hoses to mitigate potential damages during the training.
