Col. Richard C. Knowlton and Command Sgt. Maj. Kenton Franklin roll the 115th Fires Brigade colors in preperation of casing the colors for the trip back to Wyoming during the Transfer of Authority ceremony March 27, at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. The 115th Fires brigade is being replaced by the 53rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team from Florida.
