Lt. Gen. Robert Cone and Command Sgt. Maj. Arthur L. Coleman, Jr., uncase the III Corps colors during a transfer of authority ceremony March 13 at the Al Faw Palace at Camp Victory, Iraq. Cone will be the deputy commanding general for operations of United States Forces - Iraq, and III Corps Soldiers will form the nucleus of the organization. III Corps is based out of Fort Hood, Texas. III Corps replaced I Corps from Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, during the ceremony.
