From left to right, Maj. Gen. Carl B. Jensen, commander of Marine Corps Installations East; Erskine Bowles, the president of University of North Carolina; and Maj. Gen. Paul E. Lefebvre, the commander of U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Special Operations Command, sign two memorandums which will form a lasting bond between the organizations Feb. 24 at the MARSOC headquarters building auditorium. The memorandums signify a collaborative agreement between three organizations.
