U. S. Air Force Weatherman, Master Sergeant John Gaona of Pope Air Force Base, N.C. gives the "Thumbs Up" to members of the Royal Thai Air Force Parachute Team are ready for their first-ever static jump, March 3, while participating in Cope Tiger 2010 in Thailand. More than 60 jumpers will jump from a C-17 Globemaster III. This is Cope Tiger's first real event to start the two week exercise, which builds on the cooperation between U.S. Forces and Royal Thai Air Forces. The exercise runs March 1-12.
