The sun begins to rise as Soldiers participating in the Sexual Assault Prevention Run near the finish line. The event was held on Contingency Operating Base Speicher, Iraq, Feb. 12 to raise awareness of the U.S. Army's "I. A.M. Strong" campaign which calls for Soldiers to "Intervene, Act, and Motivate" to prevent sexual assault before it occurs.
