Fraser's visits are to show continuing support for the relationship between the U.S. and Haiti and to witness first-hand the relief efforts of the Joint Task Force.

Keen, deputy commander, U.S. Southern Command, holds a Pentagon press briefing, April 19, to inform reporters of the continuing relief efforts being provided to the people of Haiti by troops of U.S. SOUTHCOM. Haiti was hit by a devistating magnitude 7.0 earthquake Jan. 12, which killed an estimated 100,000 people and left nearly 1 million homeless.
