In these images released by the Texas Army National Guard, 14 soldiers with the 72nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team from Texas and the 336th Military Police Battalion from Pennsylvania, participate in a non-commissioned officer induction ceremony, Feb. 5, where they are welcomed into the ranks of the NCOs. Since the earliest days of our Army, the non-commissioned officer has been recognized as one who instills discipline and order within a unit, and maintaining this tradition is a top priority of Command Sgt. Maj. Alfred Cordova, 72nd IBCT, Joint Area Support Group-Central.
