More than 30 Marines and sailors line up to donate blood during a walking blood drive at Camp Dwyer, Helmand province, Afghanistan, Jan. 15. The blood received was used by 1st Medical Battalion, Regimental Combat Team 7, to save the life of an injured Afghan civilian.
