First Police Trained in Helmand Close in on Graduation

National police recruits from the Interim Helmand Police Training Center practice marching drills under the direction of an ANP instructor during a demonstration, Jan. 11. The IHPTC, which stood up in December in order to accommodate the surge of ANP recruits, will graduate its first iteration of policemen, Jan. 28.
