    352nd Civil Affairs Command

    Command Sgt. Maj. Harry Bennett, left, passes the colors to Brig. Gen. James Owens during a change of command ceremony for the 352nd Civil Affairs Command at the Capt. John E. Smathers U.S. Army Reserve Center at Ft. Meade, Md., Jan. 11, 2010. During the ceremony, Owens relinquished command of the 352nd to Col. Jim Ruf, formerly the CACOM's Deputy commander. Owen is departing the CACOM to assume duties as deputy commander of Combined Joint Task Force Horn of Africa at Camp Lemonier, Djibouti.
