Vice Adm. Harry B. Harris Jr., deputy commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-U.S. Naval Forces Africa/commander of U.S. 6th Fleet, meets with Joseph Sohlberg, ship master of High Speed Vessel Swift (HSV-2). Harris was onboard Swift to "kick off" the Africa Partnership Station mission to East Africa. Swift, along with USS Nicholas (FFG 47), will visit ports in Djibouti, Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique, Reunion, Mauritius, Seychelles and Comoros.
