Marines of Bravo Company, 1st Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, tow the car of a Nawa citizen from the waters of a canal near Forward Operating Base Spin Ghar Dec. 22 after it careened down the embankment. The driver forgot to engage the emergency brake when he got out of the car.
