Oregon Air National Guard Major Jason Lay, Master Sgt. Todd Ray, Oregon Gov. Ted Kulongski and U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Raymond Rees, adjutant general for the State of Oregon, pose for photograph during the demobilization ceremony of the 142nd Security Forces Squadron from Iraq and the mobilization ceremony of the 142nd Civil Engineer Squadron to Operation Enduring Freedom. Lay will lead many members of the CES on their upcoming deployment and Ray will lead the 30 member squadron during their six month deployment to Iraq. The govenor received a plaque from Lay that highlights many of the deployments of the 142nd Fighter Wing since the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.
